Processing may take 3-5 days before your order is shipped. Once your order enters our processing system, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please ensure that your shipping/mailing address is correct. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, but will do our best to start an inquiry with our shipper for you, should your package become lost or is misdelivered due to an error on our part.
We use USPS, FedEx and UPS for shipping and apologize that we currently cannot ship internationally at this time.
Please make sure that all of the shipping information is correct before submitting your order.
NOTE: If you are on the island of Maui and have an agreement with us for physical delivery, processing time for your order is the same. Delivery with photo verification, will occur and a notification email will be sent.
