Grown on Maui by a network of small farmers, our kalo is cubed, cooked and ready to be rehydrated as a wonderful side dish for your next plate lunch or lū`au.
Enjoy it plain, fried, roasted or made into pa`i `ai or poi.

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS for shipping and apologize that we currently cannot ship internationally at this time.

NOTE: If you are on the island of Maui and have an agreement with us for physical delivery, processing time for your order is the same. Delivery with photo verification, will occur and a notification email will be sent.
