All About Us
`Ai Now, LLC began with community, Aloha and sweet treats in the aftermath of a historic wildfire that devastated entire communities and left the island of Maui leaning on and caring for itself through creativity, homegrown goodness, nostalgic foods and each other.
Founder and Owner Trinette Furtado has been out in the community since the beginning of recovery efforts, providing outreach services to fire victims and unsheltered residents on the west side through a program called "Ice Cream Aunties Missions of Aloha" as part of a non-profit service organization known as Maui Rapid Response.
Feeding people not only nourishes the body, but also the mind and spirit.
Being fed by people does the same.

To provide freeze-dried, shelf-stable ethnic foods that are nourishing, convenient, affordable and nostalgic.
