We ship using USPS, UPS and FEDEX. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not satisfied or have any concerns, please contact us at ainowllc@gmail.com.  We’ll do our best to find a resolution and take care of you ASAP!

Orders ship within 3 - 5 business days. 

FREE shipping for orders over $100.00.

FREE on-island (except for east Maui) delivery for kūpuna (elderly) over 65 with a $50 order

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, your order will be automatically cancelled. 
 
 
🚚 Shipping Policy & Address Accuracy 
* Please double check and ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. `Ai Now is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. 

* If your order is marked as delivered with photo proof, is missing or sent to the wrong location due to an address error:
* We can file a claim with the carrier to help locate the package. 
* However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if the address entered at checkout was incorrect. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping information submitted during the checkout process.

When an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system.

Once processing has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
